Benson's Cleaning Services LLC - Service Policy
Payments
- -Preferred Payment: Zelle! We recommend paying via Zelle for fast, easy, and fee-free transactions.
- -Invoices are sent via email. If needed, we can send by text.
- -Cash and checks are due at service time (no fee). A bounced check will be a $50 fee.
- -Zelle and card payments are due upon receiving the invoice. A $25 late fee applies after 24 hours.
- -Card payments incur a 3% fee, and in-person card payments have a 2.5% fee.
- -Let us know your payment method ahead of time to include applicable fees.
Cancellations & Access
- -Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If we arrive and cannot access the property (locked out, no key/code) or are asked to reschedule, a $50 fee will apply.
- -We may need to reschedule residential appointments due to timing conflicts with commercial contracts. We’ll provide notice and work with you to find a new time.
Weather & Rescheduling
- -If weather prevents us from safely completing your service, rescheduling may be necessary. We’ll stay in touch to find the next best available time.
Hazardous Conditions
- -If there are hazardous conditions, mold, pests, excessive clutter, or if our team feels unsafe, we may refuse service and charge a partial fee.
Special Requests & Extra Work
- -Let us know about add-ons or special requests ahead of time. Same-day requests may be possible depending on our schedule, with pricing discussed.
- -Unexpected work (not part of the original plan) is charged at $65/hour. We’ll confirm with you before starting.
Pets
- -Please secure pets. We’re very animal-friendly but not responsible for escapees, though we’ll try to retrieve them.
Liability & Damages
- -Damages must be reported within 24 hours for review. Some exceptions apply.
Satisfaction
- -We aim to get it right the first time. Let us know within 24 hours if something’s off, and we’ll make it right. No refunds due to travel, but we’ll find a fair solution.
Trust & Safety
- -We know it can feel like a big deal letting someone into your home. Our team is trained, respectful, and we’re fully insured and licensed. Still, we suggest securing any valuables—just to keep things simple and worry-free.
